 More XTBs coming soon

There are currently 33 XTBs available, giving investors access to the benefits of both fixed and floating rate bonds from Australia’s largest corporates. The next series of six XTBs is currently working its way through the regulatory process with ASX and ASIC.  Subject to that regulatory clearance, the next XTBs will cover the following senior bonds:

Issuer Coupon Maturity Date Indicative XTB Yield*
AGL Energy Ltd 5.00% 05 NOV 2021 3.88%
Alumina Ltd 5.50% 19 NOV 2019 4.78%
Ausnet Services Ltd 5.75% 28 JUN 2022 3.82%
BHP Billiton Ltd 3.00% 30 MAR 2020 3.49%
Downer EDI Ltd 5.75% 29 NOV 2018 3.93%
Downer EDI Ltd 4.50% 11 MAR 2022 4.43%
* The indicative XTB yields are based on the underlying bond yields on 10th March 2016, less 0.40% being the XTB fee.
The new XTBs will be made available at a date to be determined by ASX and will be issued under a PDS generated by the Responsible Entity Theta Asset Management.  That PDS will be lodged with ASIC when the regulatory clearance process has been completed by ASX and ASIC.  The PDS will be available here and on prior to the commencement of trading of the new XTBs on ASX.  Advisers and their investors should consider the PDS for the new XTBs before deciding to invest in XTBs.
